Lawrence Kansas Real Estate is one of the best places in the world to own real estate. With its location between Kansas City and Topeka, having lower taxes, having KU (University of Kansas) Student Housing needs, easy access to the K-10 corridor, great property appreciation, and the culture of downtown, Lawrence Kansas Real Estate is the most expensive place to buy homes for sale in the entire state. Having personally seen an almost 50% increase in six years on my previous home, you can really thrive when you own Lawrence Kansas real estate.

The Lawrence Kansas Real Estate area inventory of homes went from 1,620 homes for sale in June 2007 (about two years of inventory -- buyers' market) to only 467 in the early part of 2009. As of this blog, we have climbed back up a little to 658 homes for sale (about 6 or 7 months of inventory -- sellers' market).
Most home sellers still think this is a buyers' market and most home buyers still think it is a buyers' market until they talk with me and I show them the stats. I have had to knock on doors in some price ranges, asking home owners if they want to sell their home because I have home buyers that cannot find what they need in Lawrence properties for sale.
